Eligible repairs related to craftsmanship may be covered within 6 months of delivery.

This includes clasp issues, connection points, or other construction-related concerns under normal wear.

refresh service

For pieces in need of restringing, replacement ends, clasp updates, or general renewal, we offer a paid refresh service when available.

Pricing varies by piece and repair needs.

not eligible for complimentary repair

Damage caused by accidents, improper care, lost components, heavy wear, or third-party modifications may not qualify for complimentary repair, but we are always happy to take a look.
