We hope you love your piece. If it isn't quite what you expected, reach out and we will be happy to help.
Many Saint Violet pieces are made to order, created in small batches, and crafted using carefully selected materials. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. We offer store credit for eligible returns.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To begin a return, contact info@saintvioletco.com with your order number. Once approved, we will send next steps.
A return shipping label is available for a $12 fee, deducted from your store credit. Items must be shipped back within 3 business days of approval. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Store credit is issued once the return has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return label fees are not included.
FINAL SALE
The following are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Custom pieces
- Archive and limited edition pieces
- Earrings
- Sale items
- Gift cards
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the studio within 48 hours. We will make it right and provide a return label at no cost.
